Leadership and Education Management Program

(SIPD) is implementing a Residential Leadership and Education Management Training Programme from May 2025 in collaboration with the School Education and Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh. This training is designed and developed in partnership with Sindh Teachers Education Development Authority (STEDA). The programme will train a total of 176 male and 116 female newly appointed headteachers (BPS-17), organized into eight training batches. The training seeks to

equip newly appointed school managers with the knowledge, skills, and vision required to transform their schools into dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing learning centers.
