Sargodhians' Institute for Professional Development (SIPD) designs and delivers customized workshops and capacity-building programs tailored to the specific needs of institutions. Our specialized training initiatives have included a residential professional development program for teachers of the Research Development Foundation (RDF), focusing on intensive skill enhancement and collaborative learning. SIPD has also conducted targeted training sessions for teachers of Agosh Home, equipping educators with effective pedagogical strategies to support diverse learners.
